I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SATUVISION (Denpasar) in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview process was overall good. There were two stages: a phone screening via WhatsApp and a technical interview.
The phone screening was quite easy, mostly asking about my expectations in general. One concern at this stage was the offered salary—it did not meet my expectations for a senior-level role. However, I decided to continue the process, thinking maybe the workload would not be too heavy.
During the technical interview, I learned more about the job description, and it turned out to be much more demanding than expected. They explained that I would need to:
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously (shifting up to three projects in one day)
• Manage the security of the website (which I felt should be handled by a dedicated role, given the salary offered)
• Ensure delivery timelines and meet tight deadlines
For me, these responsibilities were quite heavy, especially compared to the salary offered, which was more aligned with an entry- to mid-level position. Unfortunately, the company was not open to adjusting the compensation.
At that point, I realized the role was not a good fit for me, and I was no longer interested. It also seemed the company felt the same way.

Interview
Everything was positive when doing the interview, and the interviewer said they would consider and pass my application to the next stage on the day after. But after 1 week, I got ghosted and no reply at all.
False promise and very unprofessional.
Luckily, I'm not joining the team anyway!
