The whole process went well and I communicated in advance that I will be able to join after 60 days of notice period. Hr initially agreed on to the same. But when I received the offer letter,that date of joining was not alligned to the discussion we had. And the HR just rolled off the offer without letting me know the exact reason. The only they told me that it is a communication gap and we are not allowed to move joining date. How horrible a company can do a professional who is all set to accept the offer and then was left with no offer because of their internal confusion or God knows what.
