The interview process started well. I scheduled a call and my questions were responded to quickly, with lots of useful information provided about the company. However, during the initial call it was difficult to get information about the role, and after further clarification it seemed that the job spec requirements did not match the actual role. Also, it was stated at the start of the process that candidates would receive a response within 3 working days. I received some incorrect automated emails, and then after following up again after two weeks I received a response. I would’ve given this feedback in the candidate survey they sent, but the survey consisted of a single 1-10 rating of the interview process and offered no opportunity to give actual open-ended feedback.
