- Basic HR screening
- First interview with a peer. Basic behavioral questions. Interviewer was professional and listened.
- Second interview was supposed to be with 3 people (two peers and hiring manager). Only one peer showed up who wasn't expecting to be alone. Then he said ok lets just "wing it". He then asked a couple of question asking to describe "weird situations" that you have faced. He then didn't like the answer because the situation was too weird for his taste and he would personally refuse to face that situation. So he ended the interview in half the time.
