Went to the Stadium to interview in person. Filled out an application at the stadium. Sat there until my name was called. The process was finished after my name was called and I answered some very easy questions about customer services.

Interview
Interviews were held at Ford Field and the gentleman who interviewed me was really personable and easy to relate to. I felt at ease right away. They asked some interesting questions, most were fairly standard, but a couple caught me by surprise. Thankfully I was able to think of a response fairly quickly
Quick and easy, it was a zoom meeting and the process was quick and thorough. The interviewer was nice and calm and took their time with me when I was stuttering.

Interview
I got there 10 minutes before the very specific interview time (I think it was scheduled at 12:10), waited in a cold concrete room with other interviewees for over 2 hours, and eventually just had to leave before getting to interview with anyone because I had a later interview scheduled somewhere else & assumed 3 hours between would be a safe bet to make it to both. I’m a firm believer that if a company doesn’t respect my time from the very beginning, it’s going to be a continued issue throughout my entire employment there. Would love if they’d stop sending me texts though!
