A very relaxed process, the company was helpful when it came to filling in health and security forms. It felt informal which was nice, however the company seemed serious and passionate about what it does which made me more excited about working there. I would advise people to look into pros and cons of medical research before applying as it isn't for everyone. Plus it will keep you prepared for the interview process as they will definitely ask what your viewpoint is on animal testing.
