Interview Rounds (for shortlisted candidates)

Clarification of role, responsibilities, and expectations.
Round 2: Management Round (Face-to-Face Interview)
Conducted by the management team to evaluate in-depth technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and cultural fit.
Discussion on work approach, team collaboration, and career aspirations.
Offer Letter
Candidates who successfully clear both rounds will receive the final offer letter.
The offer will include details of compensation, role, and terms of employment.
