I underwent a screening with HR and then spoke with the manager of the team. The team then completely ghosted me. I find this very distasteful of companies in this current market. Applicants spend a lot of time prepping for interviews and the least you could do is provide some type of follow up even if it was generic.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at S2N Health (Boston, MA) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview process for the Healthcare Consultant co-op role at S2N Health was well-structured and focused on evaluating analytical thinking, communication skills, and industry knowledge. It began with a virtual screening, followed by a take-home case study that involved market sizing and evaluating strategic options for a hypothetical medtech product. After that, I was invited to an in-person superday at their Boston office. The superday consisted of two live case interviews with consultants, both of which required structured problem-solving, interpreting data on the fly, and presenting recommendations. There were also behavioral questions sprinkled throughout, focused on teamwork, initiative, and past project experience. The interviewers were friendly but rigorous in testing your ability to think under pressure.
