The interview consisted of Basic Behavioral Questions like Why do you want to join, how do you deal with a tough situation etc. There was also a knowledge check test, which tested very basic Finance and if my memory is correct, a Excel Test. At the time, they miraculously had a hiring freeze and had me on pause before my final interview. After waiting 2 - 3 Weeks, they decided to give me another test ??? which was not mentioned beforehand, and seemed like just a placeholder while they waited on the Global Hiring Freeze they apparently had. This was the moment I decided to move to another company as they could not give me a concrete timeline on when the process will end and when I could be hired. Overall, bad experience with minimal transparency regarding timeline.
