Interview
First round interview (30 minutes) with mostly behavioral questions, one technical question to gauge problem solving / critical thinking abilities.
Second round interview involved three, 30 minute interviews with different team members. Mostly behavioral questions & questions about academic background and skills.

Interview
There were 2 interviewers in the room, but only one was asking questions and the other one was unbothered. The other interviewer was very unwelcoming and barely shown any interest in interviewing. Both of them conversed in Mandarin which was very unprofessional.
The interview process consists of two stages, both of which are quite direct. Directors and junior analysts are friendly. Be in the know of current global events. It's a place where you can learn.
