Very structured and organized. Some questions asked to understand your train of thought, general knowledge, work ethics, and personality. Got through 2 rounds of interview with an Excel assignment at the end. They will also give you a task to complete before the second interview.

Interview
There were 2 interviewers in the room, but only one was asking questions and the other one was unbothered. The other interviewer was very unwelcoming and barely shown any interest in interviewing. Both of them conversed in Mandarin which was very unprofessional.
The interview process consists of two stages, both of which are quite direct. Directors and junior analysts are friendly. Be in the know of current global events. It's a place where you can learn.
