5 rounds over 2 days. Straight forward, and standard. Large data project with limited time to complete. Hour long presentation at the end of the process. Overall - an offer was not provided, and that's fine, perhaps it wasn't a good fit. The part of the process that was DISGRACEFUL happened to be the complete and utter lack of feedback upon receiving a stock rejection email. If I'm not the hire, fine, but after putting in rounds of interviews and a lot of analysis into a project/presentation, the LEAST that you could do is provide 5 minutes of feedback. I'm glad I didn't get the job. All the best.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What data process have you built in your career which was most functional?
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by a technical interview with the hiring manager. Questions focused on analytical skills, problem-solving, Excel, SQL, and communication abilities. The overall experience was smooth, professional, and moderately challenging with timely feedback after each round.
près trois entretiens, l'entreprise a disparu dans la nature pendant quatre mois avant de m'envoyer un email m'informant finalement de leur refus. Trois entretiens, puis quatre mois de silence total, avant de recevoir un simple email de refus.
Screen with HR. Interview with hiring manager. I didnt hear anything back so I am unsure what else there is. Casual, no behavioral questions, laid back conversation about the job and experience.
