I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at S&P Global
Interview
There were 2 1:1 interviews (first by an HR personnel and second by the Director) within a week. The environment was quite relaxed and I didn't find any questions to be particularly tricky or challenging.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at S&P Global (London, England) in Jun 2025
Interview
The interview process at S&P Global is absolutely diabolical! I applied in May, and the entire process dragged on for 4 months. My application was still showing as "in process" on Workday until I eventually decided to withdraw out of sheer frustration.
I had three interviews with senior partners, which I felt went very well. However, despite repeatedly reaching out to the recruitment team, I never received a single response. This complete lack of communication is unacceptable, especially from a company of this stature.
S&P Global really ought to value potential talent, as the company’s reputation is not reflecting the values it claims to stand for. The recruitment teams also appeared poorly coordinated, likely due to being based in different time zones, which only contributed to the unnecessary delays and lack of transparency.
Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at S&P Global (Singapore) in Jun 2015
Interview
Had a phone interview followed by an interview with the hiring manager and finally the department's director. Interview with the director was very detailed. Relaxed interview, more of ongoing conversation.
