In house recruiter reached out to me via email to schedule initial phone screening. This lasted about 30 minutes and she asked soft skills questions. The position ended up being a junior role, and the recruiter offered a salary range of 30-40K during the initial screening. After this, I received an assessment via email to take before moving on to next steps. I did not make it past this step and ultimately wasn’t offered the job.
