I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at S&P Global in Jan 2008
Interview
Recruiter contacted me after placing job specification and curriculum vitae on a jobs website. Soon after meeting with the recruiter for a coffee, she contacted me about a job at Standard and Poor's. I met initially with a director within the company and then met with the two managing directors who i would ultimately work for. Both interviews were about half an hour long and I hot the call after my second interview (a day later) that I had got the job. The hardest part of the interview process was waiting for my contract from their HR so I could hand in my resignation. Their HR system is not the most efficient.
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by a technical interview with the hiring manager. Questions focused on analytical skills, problem-solving, Excel, SQL, and communication abilities. The overall experience was smooth, professional, and moderately challenging with timely feedback after each round.
près trois entretiens, l'entreprise a disparu dans la nature pendant quatre mois avant de m'envoyer un email m'informant finalement de leur refus. Trois entretiens, puis quatre mois de silence total, avant de recevoir un simple email de refus.
Screen with HR. Interview with hiring manager. I didnt hear anything back so I am unsure what else there is. Casual, no behavioral questions, laid back conversation about the job and experience.
