A test on mathematics and writing skills, followed by two interviews. The test is longer than the two hours allotted so be careful with the time. Read some stories and learn how to write in their house style.
Competency tests (maths, writing), online interview with two managers, second online interview with peer and manager, discussion of resume, questions about motivation, university studies, commodity markets, languages spoken past experience in journalism

Interview for Associate Program at Singapore office.
Process like: online application, video interview, editorial test, face-to-face interview with 2 senior editors.
First round interview was more about looking at candidate's personality and understanding the editor role. Not difficult interview. But I did not get invited for the super day interview.
