-how do you see yourself in the short and long term?
-technical questions (some are taken from the exam itself)

4th step:
Final Interview (1 operations manager)
-tell me more about yourself that's not in the resume
-behavioral and character questions
-what is your advantage on other applicants?
-average difficulty
5th step:
Job offer
