4 rounds of interviews moved and it moved pretty quickly until it was time to give an offer after the final round. I had to follow up to see if a decision was made, I was not notified sooner that I did not get the role
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at S&P Global (New York, NY) in Mar 2016
Interview
I submitted my resume with a referral, and got the interview after one week. I had four rounds one-on-one phone interviews. HR and hiring manager rounds were easy. The last round one with a vice president was tough , he called me one day earlier(possibly on purpose), and asked at least five questions on each task of each project , then I failed.

I applied online. I interviewed at S&P Global (New York, NY)
Interview
It was disjointed, delayed and full of bad communication. I felt like they had no coordination in their discussions with me and I wasn't valued. Wouldn't recommend the process at all.
