The interview process starts with an HR screening, followed by potential interviews with several division managers, depending on the role. This ensures candidates meet not only basic qualifications but also fit the specific needs and culture of each division.

Phone interview and scheduled an in-person interview. However, when I showed up for the 5pm in-person interview, the front door was locked. I tried to call the HR person, sent an email, but was left standing in the visitors lot. Left after 15 minutes after talking to a person leaving who told me everyone is gone at 5. HR person never got back to me. Highly unprofessional.
