It was straight forward and short. One round interview with one of the partners. Interviewed right before COVID and worked remotely thereafter. I also had someone refer me who worked there at the time.
Had one in-person interview and met with two associate attorneys and one partner who was on the phone. Had a great time as it is obvious how much the firm enjoys what they do and enjoy working together.
The interview was in office and was very informal. The interview was with one of the partners and no one else. I met the associates after being hired and everyone was friendly.
