I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at RySense (Singapore) in Mar 2022
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter about the vacancy. He informed me that there would be a task to assess my Excel proficiency before the interview. At the interview, I received a rude shock when I was given over 10 Excel tasks (not "a" task) and 1 hour was allocated for this. I was then kept waiting for 20min before interviewers entered. The entire session lasted 2 hours when I had expected it to be less than an hour. Would have appreciated if I was accurately informed beforehand as it is only polite to let me know it would take so much longer than an average interview.
Interviewers probed a lot into my company's teams and the various job functions of each team and even our project timelines, which is unnecessarily invasive in my opinion. Seems like they wanted to see if it was exactly identical to their own company, which is impossible. A lot of time was spent asking for exact details about my company because I mentioned there were similarities, which was what the recruiter said and I agree.

Question 1
How is your job/company similar to this? Name me 3 similarities. (Prior to this I said it was similar but I never said there were 3 similarities)
