The process took around 4 weeks. 1st round was a competency test + hiring manager round (2h), 2nd round was a group director round (1h). Questions asked were fairly simple as the interviewers preferred to ask questions off-the-cuff and are more interested to learn about you as a person. While I enjoyed the interview process, I hope that companies like theirs could compensate candidates for their time invested, considering that I have displayed a good amount of interest in the role and spent quite a lot of time into preparing. HR's generic response of 'we regret that we could not advance your application at this point in time' also rubbed me the wrong way, and I tried very hard to empathise with their reply. However, one can only dream.
