RxSight interview questions

Their recruiter called regarding my application for the position in Dallas area as a Field Educator/Surgical Technologist Educator for their cataract lenses. She was very friendly, prompt, and informational, Unfortunately my experience didn’t match their requirements in the end, but I was able to recommend a fellow coworker for the position.

Applied online. Received a phone screen interview same week and on-site interview following week. Recruiter was friendly, but the supervisor and quality tech I met seemed like they didn't want to be there. They also struggled to answer when I asked what they enjoy about working there. Got told I was rejected because I also minored in chemistry, which is a new one.
