There were 5 rounds starting with HR, Hiring Manager followed by with the Team. It took about 3 weeks to complete the process and another week to get a decision.
Sat with 7 people. Ending with CEO. Was difficult to sit there for 6 hours, waiting for everyone. Would say come prepared to know each bit about what the company does.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at RxAdvance (Noida) in May 2022
Interview
Very professional. Had an interview with CEO in US and project manager, and then moved on to HR discussing salary and employment policies. The overall process was smooth and was able to come to an agreement on salary and flexible working hours. I joined as a fresher, but the VP at the time was impressed with my skills and wanted to train me hand on and add value to the team.
