I scrolled through the Aresty portal and found a position that matched my coursework and interests quite well, and after submitting the typical supporting documents, received a phone call with the chief researcher of this project who turned out to be an extremely fascinating person with a depth of experience both in academia and in the "field". I did not hear back for five or so months.

Simple behavioral questions. Just contact your favorite professor and ask. Most of the time they need the help. Most of the time it will not be paid, but the experience is worth it.

it was pretty easy overall and just basically like wanted you to do the classic questions that people have to answer. these include the standard "tell me about yourself" and "walk me through your resume
Behavioral interview, one meeting with the team pretty straight forward just asked about my experience and if I had worked in research before and what I’ve done, didn’t take longer than 30 mins
