Rutan interview questions

Interview with several different attorneys in person at the office. I went to each attorneys office for 20 minutes. The focus was on my experience, resume, background, out of office interests and why I wanted to work at Rutan

Everyone was pleasant and friendly. I'm sure it's a great place to work. They were looking for someone with more practical software experience. It's impossible to get practical experience with the tools without working at a vendor or law firm that uses them.
