three interviews, the first one was an introductory call with HR then a call with manager and then the technical interview, all the people i spoke to were really nice

Question 1
they asked me to provide some candidates that could have been the coo of a specific company
The interview process included several conversations with recruiters, followed by meetings with the hiring manager and a few team members to discuss experience, expectations, and overall fit for the role.
Friendly first round with a consultant - with a good flow. They were happy to answer questions about the team/ role and this was the main thrust of the conversation. They weaved in probing questions whilst asking about my career/ motivations so far.
