Very easy if you know someone who works there.
One in person interview and I was hired on the spot. I had 3 people interview me. They like to hire people based on word of mouth
The interview was about 40 minutes long in person with the manager. She had a page of about 30 questions she went through one by one. I didn’t get the job but got a call back months later for it.
