Interview process was long but very painless. Taking the tests take time, so plan that accordingly. The interview process is not high pressure at all, very laid back interviewing process
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rural Mutual Insurance (Madison, WI)
Interview
Interview process was lengthly, had to speak with 3 different people, took 2 ‘personality’ tests, had to pass State licensing before I recieved my job offer. What I was not told were all the fees involved with this. I was required to pay over $500/mo in office, internet/phone, and E/O Insurance, and none of it was negotiable, even though most of us agents are on the road more than we are in our office.
I applied online. I interviewed at Rural Mutual Insurance
Interview
I had a phone interview with HR, personality quiz, and a three+ hour in-person interview with HR and department management. Never heard from them again. I reached out twice to check in on the process since the job posting was still up and never got a response. Not impressed with this company.
