The process was quick and very transparent, completed in under two weeks. It started with an HR call, followed by a meeting with my future manager, then a case study to prepare and present, and finally a round with several collaborators and senior leaders across the organization. In just two weeks, I had the chance to meet 7 people from the company. The HR team was reactive, careful, and kind throughout, which made the whole experience smooth and reassuring.
