Running Tide interview questions

Meet with the team and then the manager. The process is quite good and they are all very nice people. It's just like they need to know what kind of people you are and some basic knowledge about technical area.

Not a hard interview, you just have to be really casual. Being a start up company, it's not as serious as a corporate job would be so just relax. They don't as very technical questions, just wants to know what you are like as a person.
