Interview
I met with my employer and future co-worker to answer questions. The conversation was laid-back, and the questions mainly centered around my personal and educational experience. Friendly banter was encouraged, and non-invasive personal inquiries were appreciated. They were interested as well in my life outside of my professional career. I was offered the job at the end of the interview.
