I did a 15 min phone interview and was then invited to complete an online assessment. After completing it, I got a call the next day to schedule an in person interview at the downtown calgary office. Asked me simple behavioral and past experience questions. Didnt get an offer, but they never gave me a rejection email or even a callback so left me hanging. I am not too upset as the pay was low around $21.76 hourly/ 43k a year and the parking being $10-16( 10 would be early bird special via indigo parking or around $16 if not in time for early bird) would add up quick within the 4-6 weeks training ( was told 2 days in office and 3 days at home type of split after training), but after doing everything they asked and making the long drive out, to not get an email at least telling me i wasn't successful and just ghosting me tells me everything I need to know about this company. Better to try and get a job with Enmax which starts the pay at $26, is a union, and pay raises every 6 months or so based off hours work. Dont waste your time with this company who don't respect others time.
