Rubius Therapeutics interview questions

During the interview process, they told me I was underqualified before the interview started. This took me aback, as usually interviews are given to people they are considering for the role. I did appreciate the honesty, and they discussed my future for a different position. It was pretty basic.

I had 1 HR phone screening where I was told they were looking for someone with more experience in a specific area. The hiring manager reached out to conduct a phone interview a week later. I was then offered and on-site interview, which lasted a few hours. I was offered the position a few days later.
