It was a Skype interview with the owner in Japan. I was contacted by their American adviser and informed that the owner would like to speak via Skype. I carefully dressed and positioned my computer so that their view of me would look as professional as possible. It was a very friendly encounter. The tough part was the language barrier. The owner of the company had difficulty asking and understanding questions.
