Three rounds interview, starting with a phone interview and then a skype interview and ends with a on site interview that compose of both a short exam (including a section on logic and reasoning and a section on Excel and data analysis) and multiple one on one meeting with top company personals. Royce side was very professional through out the process, and I had a very smooth experience.
