Interview
you arrive the evening of the first day and get to know the group that you will be interveiwing with. 2nd day is lots of IQ tests and reasoning tests in the morning, plus an essay. the afternoon you do a fitness test (bleep test or MSFT) and learn some skills for practical leadership tasks (PLTS)
the 3rd day is when it steps up. you do some assessed PLTs and a group assessment involving a scenario and what you would do. this is lead by a panel of 3 officers. the last thing is a panel interview with 3 officers who ask you questions about leadership you have demonstrated, skills you have and what you know about the navy. you find out that day if you passed and if you did then you do a medical. also there is a swim test in there somewhere...tread water for 3 mins then swim 2 lengths and climb out on your own wearing overalls
