It was very easy and in depth. I applied for the the position online and within a week was contacted about an interview. We did a phone call interview that took about 30 minutes where I talked a little bit about my experience working with kids and the the interviewer gave me more insight into the position onboard.

All went smoothly.I had a pre-selection interview with one of their hiring partners.It took me about 25 min.The lady asked many questions but I was ready for them. In 5 months they arranged another interview with the RCCL recruiter from Miami.She was a bit late.The interview itself took some 10 min.She asked a few standard questions and told me about their offer.In 3 days they put me into their pool.However, after 20 months of waiting and aquiring the SA certificate they asked me to obtain I didn't get a contact.They were just sending me letters, asking me about my availability and I opted out.
