for me it been quite because i know what i been applied. and being truth and honest will give you a excellent open minded to answer all the question you will recieve to your principal
Contacted via email to setup an initial skype interview. Basically just a screening to make sure you weren't completely lying on your application. 2nd skype interview was a little more in depth but still quite easy.
