Interview and Assessment Stages
Online Video Interview: If your application is selected, you will likely be asked to complete an online video interview. This might be a pre-recorded interview where you answer questions on camera, or a live virtual interview with a recruiter. For some specialized roles (like dancers or musicians), a local, in-person audition or interview may be scheduled, often through a local hiring agency.
Assessment (Depending on the Role): After the initial interview, you may be invited to complete a video-based or other type of online assessment.
Multiple Interviews: It's common to have more than one interview, especially for higher-level or specialized roles. The second interview might be more technical or with a hiring manager for the specific department.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
ell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer, or had to deal with a very unhappy guest. What did you do, and what was the outcome?
The interview went great, but unfortunately they don’t offer sponsorship for international students. The questions were simple, like describing an ideal team. Overall, it was a positive experience. there were totally three rounds.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Royal Caribbean Group (Miami, FL) in Oct 2024
Interview
Three interviews. All individuals from a team. Nothing stressful and very nice people in the team. Made it clear they “work from home” on fridays .. seemed like they don’t work much from home.
