Standard application, resume required. In person (typically group) interview with management and then working interview on the dock. You are told fairly quickly if you have been hired or not. Typically only accept applications before Spring Break, in May and sporadically throughout the summer.

Interview
I saw they were hiring when I went paddle boarding one weekend. I sent my resume to the email they told me about and I heard back from them pretty quick. They brought me in for a group interview with 3 other people and we each answered questions about our lifestyle more than our strengths.
