I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rowan Companies (Houston, TX)
Interview
Process was easy. Applied online. Had a phone interview and then a face-to-face interview. Somehow the topic of "do I have a family" was brought up and the fact that i had a newborn seemed to be the topic of discussion. Felt very unethical .
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions were non-technical. Although they did ask questions about family which felt highly unethical.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rowan Companies (Houston, TX) in May 2015
Interview
The interview process was standard--phone interview first, then I was invited in to interview with the hiring manager. What was not standard, and what surprised me, was how quickly the hiring manager made a decision. I was offered the position the same day, just several hours after the interview. I suppose I made a great impression.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The most difficult question of the interview I faced was probably the first: "Please introduce yourself." It's not a question I've often been asked in job interviews. While I got to present myself, it's also a very open-ended question that can trap you if you say too much, or say the wrong things.
