Written exam regarding reading circuits from a piece of paper. Ask about the theory of electrical circuits and understanding ladder diagram. Discussed also topics regarding drilling equipment maintenance and experinces

The interview process was standard--phone interview first, then I was invited in to interview with the hiring manager. What was not standard, and what surprised me, was how quickly the hiring manager made a decision. I was offered the position the same day, just several hours after the interview. I suppose I made a great impression.
