I applied online. I interviewed at Row 34 (Portsmouth, NH) in Nov 2024
Interview
Came in person and met with the general manager and a floor manager and we spoke for roughly 20 minutes about my background and aspirations. They pool tips which is the environment I was coming from so that sounded good to me. Expensive menu and busy place so seemed likely to be a good gig.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Row 34 (Boston, MA) in Jul 2025
Interview
They originally emailed me the wrong location. Luckily I knew the area but if I hadn't I probably would have gotten lost and been late. They didnt email anyone to fix it until a day after the open interviews began. Manager that interviewed me seemed inexperienced and did not ask great questions. Basically said, "tell me about yourself" and left it there. Then asked the most amateur hour follow up of, "describe to me a dining experience you loved." Two red flags that tell me the interviewer has barely done this before. Very disorganized process and left me feeling very "meh" about the whole company.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself? Tell me about a positive dining experience you had.
One interview. The questions were very straightforward and it lasted about a half hour. I was interviewed by the service manager and the answers to my questions were very informative.
