I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rover.com in Oct 2018
Interview
Rover told me their interview process ahead of time. First was a "talk about your experience"-type interview. Then was a take home exercise. After that was an interview on general statistics and some basic R coding. If I had moved on, then I would have had a round of in-person interviews.
I was very satisfied with Rover's interview process. Everyone was very friendly, and every question was directly relevant to working at Rover. I didn't there were any "gotcha" questions.
