The role I interviewed for was a Marketing Designer position for their dog walking product. I had 2 phone interviews, one with the senior brand manager, and another with a Marketing Designer. I then was brought in for a 4 hour in-person interview with about 7 people. Everyone was very approachable and open to answer any questions I had, especially around process. I met people from multiple teams, giving me a good sense of how I would interface with not only my direct team but others at the company if I were to be in this role. I initially was interviewed by a couple of people from the operations team, who were very enthusiastic and excited to share more about their roles. I then met with people from marketing, product, then back to the senior brand manager. This allowed me to reiterate core details about myself so everyone was up to speed, but also to answer interview questions that were unique to the specific teams that collaborate with the Dog Walking team. All in all, the individuals I chatted with during my interview made it very clear that the company truly cares about the people in it, without hammering it home too hard. They genuinely seemed curious and passionate about what they do. They also were really excited about the role that I was interviewing for and didn't speed through the interview, which was helpful for me to answer the questions thoroughly without feeling rushed. Everyone was great!
