Claiming work life balance but keep mention that 2-3 days OT a week. Also need to take the test for every week. Heavy workload but providing low salary. Even asking the salary of your previous job but claiming that what they can offer is only a junior grade salary, which is not true in 2026 for the salary of the fresh graduate.

first round is a logical test, followed by an interview with the team manager first, and second interview with hr+ principal. The first one was more about self intro and candidate capabilities, second round was more about characters/ attitude I guess, and HR presence was for following up in case the decision maker nodded or shook her head.
