I did several zoom calls and telephone calls. We discussed my previous work, salary expectations etc. I also send follow up emails with examples of my previous work. It was a very friendly and casual process and I was also allowed to ask questions about the company and its inner workings as well as who I would be reporting to. All in all it was a very good process
