It was held after shortlisting candidates at each level. It wasn't on the same day as those other rounds. There was a long wait time and apparently they lost my resume so I wasn't called until the last batch (given batch was 9 30 am). I was called at 5 pm. I was not asked any questions because the interviewer was apologetic, made some notes behind my resume and sent me off to the next round.
