The interview process was surprisingly easy. The questions were straightforward, and the interviewer created a comfortable environment. It felt more like a conversation than an assessment, which made the whole experience stress-free and smooth.
I applied online. I interviewed at Ross Stores (Grand Junction, CO) in May 2018
Interview
Easy interview. One on one, although I’ve heard they interview in groups. Upper management is a mess. The assistant manager just had me sit in the office and asked basic questions about my work ethic and schedule. They hire based on schedule availability, so the more availability, the more likely they’ll hire you.

It was fine, they were pretty nice relatively speaking. Interview was about forty five minutes long. Asked easy enough questions, relatively speaking. Overall eight out of ten. You know , relatively speaking.
I was called in for an interview. Pretty much all the basic questions. Tell me about yourself. What’s your experience. What’s your availability. I was offered a job on the spot. Really nice manager.
