Interview
Came in and was asked: Previous work experience, why there was a gap in employment and if i could perform daily duties for the position. I was then told i was hired and that i had to wait for a background check before i start. The interview lasted literally 5 minutes. Real quick and fast. Hiring process takes about 2-3 weeks before u start work if your hired
Interview process was with one of the store managers. Some job situational questions and some questions regarding personality. Interview did not take very long, it was quick and straight to the point. I was able to share stories and provide examples to the questions asked.

Tell me about a difficult customer situation and how you resolved it?
Really easy and straight forward, the interviewer was polite and made me feel really comfortable. They offered flexibility in scheduling I think to compensate for staffing shortages, and promised a good team environment with the resources they do have.

Describe certain situations where you had a difficult customer
Easy and quick. Questions were easily simple to answer and didn't take longer than 15-20 minutes. Very adamant about availability to work and how soon, considering they are open during most holidays and are open late on weekends.
